went today, blew cose to $300!!!! GOODNESS!!!!
but made me think bout the past a bit, coz it has been more than 6 yrs since i have seen one =p (thank god my sis is not here... she wld KILL MEEE!!! haha)
yeah.. so it was this time 6 yrs ago that the ineviatble happened.. i decided to leave EU for good and come to Singapore. In June 2002 I arrived here and have not left since. DUnno whether that is a good or bad thing. my mummy has visited me a total of twice, my sis once and my dad... well, dun talk bout my dad.
But one thing i have to say bout SIN dentists... they make u feel SOO INTIMIDATED!!! They're all in the blue overalls, covered mouths, shoes, gloves... EVERYTHING!! Not saying that in Germany they dun do that, but they still have a very personal feel and not so clinical or surgical. GULP.....

doing all things familiarso in line with my mission to take things less personal and snap less, im trying to make things easier by being a bit more carefree with my personal life and time. So today after work i came home and looked for a holiday to go on. It has been almost 4 yrs since i have been anywhere that does not involve a race. THen i checked out the Shambhala sched to see what I could do tmw plus talked to Hann a lil bit on the phone. I skippied schwimming jus coz.... yeah, jus coz i did. Talked a fren of a fren for a while on the phone and to another fren bout nightmare part 2... hehe. after that... CAF asked me if was thirsty.. and since its always good to drink things.. he managed to persuade me to get the Fahrrad out and ride to Jln Kayu for this:
Yeah, it was a short ride, but i had forgotton wat the air smells and feels like at night. so sad rite.. i normally dun bring my cam or phone out on a ride.. but this was something i had to remember. The Fahrrad is out again and looking .. well.. jus as nice as it always has =)
almost 10km ride... joke of a ride.. but the air was good =)

und so geht's weiternormallerweise schreibe ich nur auf deutsch wenn mich etwas so stoert das is es wirklich nicht mehr aushalten kann.. und heute ist das letzte mal das ich ueber diese Arbeits-Situation schreiben werde weil heute habe ich einer meiner wichtigsten Lektionen gelernt.

Weil so geht diese Welt.
So wird sie immer sein.
Und so kommt man weiter.
Ich kann nichts aendern, und nur meinen Mund zu halten und mein monatliches Gehalt nach Hause bringen.
Ich glaube das wir manchmal zu viel denken und sagen, und es ist sehr wahrscheinlich das dies auch der Fall fuer mich ist.
Eigentlich ist mein Deutsch wirklich nicht mehr so gut. In der Schule war mein geschriebenes Deutsch halbwegs gut. Heutzutage finde ich es sehr schwer etwas zum Papier zu bringen. Ich finde das ich viele Englische Sagen in meinem Deutsch habe die eigentlich uberhaupt keinen Sinn machen zu einem Deutschen.. aber fuer mich ist es 100% klar.
Ich glaube ich denke zu viel.
Ich glaube ich werde von heute an weniger denken.

Und all dies ist nicht wichtig weil von heute an, ich nicht mehr denken werde.

schwimmingrecently i been having this - when i do some form of hard exercise... i will not hurt or ache untill literally 24hrs later...
so jus before i left the office, my shoulders and back started hurting. the 3.8km set is finally making its mark in my life...
3.8km set can be something like this:
2 TIMES:
2 * 400m on 8:30min
3 * 200m on 4min
4 * 100m on 2:30min
= 3.8km!! - no break in between ya???
stunned - sometimes COACH amazes me with the sets he can come up with... but im even more amazed that we can finish them!!
after that we had some short sprints - 25m sprint, 25 rest - 10 times
but yeah, im quite surprised i finished a 3.8km set. that i think is by far the longest set we have eva done - in the past system 1 has only been MAX 3.5km and that would be only the sharks doing it as we had to add 100m onto every set... so im glad we all managed to finish it!! especialy in that super cold water. i swear the APS pool is getting colder and colder and swimming is getting harder and harder coz its so cold!!!
Hann and Duan-o were down as well. Nice to see them there again - they have been MIA for over a yr. i had forgotton how Hann likes to swim in the centre of the lane and how Duan-o jus ploughs through the longggggg set =) Love u guys!! why do women like shoes?i cant stand it... this constant urge for new shoes...
now my list of 'Shoes to Buy' has increased to 4.. or 5. i still havent really decided..

Gym was cool today. I went for Pilates class (which was extremely full today...) followed by a short 5km run on the treadmill. I am truely getting old. Thats all my butt had in me.. Friday's Yoga really hit my butt this morning, cld hardly sit. A was there too. She did the Pilates class with me after she went for a swim. GYm is like my regular sat thing now.. it is normally followed by a trip to somewhere to buy some things, then dinner and then home. Tonight they're showing 'The Pianist'. GUess i won't be sleeping early today =)

speechlessToday i bumped into EA after yoga-ing in the morning... he was pushing the metal in his gym.. so i had lunch with him after he was done. Chit chat a bit... then he asked me whether i wanna go and pick up C. so since i had nothing to do anyway.. i followed him =) Expecting to see a smiling happy C, i saw something v different.
C was smiling, but she is now in a different school. It really broke my heart to see her there. I had often asked myself what wld happen to her after school, but i had nvr tot of what the answer wld be. but today my eyes were opened and im utterly speechless as to what i saw today. i cannot imagine what the family mus go thru now. I dunno, this jus really hit me a bit harder than expected today. i am ignorant and disgraced at myself by how i felt when i went there and the thoughts that went thru my head, but i have a new found respect for a certain grp of individuals.

Coach is going through fishes to use as bait or potential predators... yesterday he brought a sweet young girl to swim 'with' me...
yesterday was not really my day.. had a long chit chat with E bout something that has been bugging me for a v v long time now.. and its painful to talk bout it but im glad he lent me his shoulder to cry on for an hr or 2. So during schwimming, i was really not up for games... eyes were all puffy and painful, lats were painful from sunday's yoga and hadn't swam in two weeks.
but my goodness... it sounds strange, but sadly, i always have a companion to swim with... this person is always around, whether i like it or not.... he has an amazing rythm and nvr lies. he's cruel more than 80% of the time but can deliver more joy in jus 1 second than anyone else in this world (ok, maybe anyone minus CAF). he's called the clock...
so i think, coach shld only bring fishes to swim and not to 'whack me'...
i will get him back!!!!!

fraukatze pissed her pants!!ive had my vacuum cleaner for bout 6 months now, and the bitch STILL can't get used to the noise it makes... the other two are fine around it and often come to snoop it out, but FrauKatze will always bit a big hasty circle around it.
Today i was at it again... cleaning tile by tile and the bitch jus cldnt let it go.. she kept running around like a lose woman. It was almost as if she was egging me on to disturb her with the noisy fella. So i did!! But perhaps i shld have stopped at the moment when she hid behind the washing machine all curled up like a kitten, hissing at the nozzle. but it was jus so irristable, especially since she had taken a big juicy smelly CRAP on my bed the other day leaving me with no blanket for one nite... but yeah, eventually, she whacked my vacuum cleaner nozzle and pissed her pants.
fun taken too far... thats wat this was... hehe
