What gratitude are we showing? Thank you for making us humilate ourselves in front of 200+ ppl?? THank you for the trip?? Thank you for a great year?? Well, if it indeed was such a great yr, then all of us have done our job - so thanks but we didnt really need this celebration. and it wasnt that much of a great yr, it was quite a shit yr in fact... in my opinion...

wat is going to happenthe time is nearing, and i ahve no idea what is going to happen. It will either be good or bad. but no matter how much i think about it, it will still be bad. If the outcome is good, you jus suffer for longer but have more hope than you ahd before. Its its bad, your life changes forever.... unless i chicken out again...
yesterday i came to a horrible realisation that the even greater need to seperate myself form my ex-past time.
im kinda stuck, and today jus confirmed that one more time.
Either im gutsy enough to stick with the pact i made to myself, or im jus another .... wimp. we shall see

stumbled across this other day while browing SAM's blog... have seen quite a few kids wearing this and tot it came out of one of those lil stores that sells the lil Miss or Mister Men Tees... nvr in my life did i think that it wld be SGD$139!!!! Is it really worth that much?? wtf... wat is the world coming to?? heart Tee from dunno who is worth that much? ?
i like a chinese song???ok, this is a bit strange.. but i was listening to this band interview on MTV - Soler - and i really liked the background music. So i went to search on youtube but damn, its in Chinese??? Shit, so now i like a chinese song so no sing-a-long's in those quiet lil corners or strolls along the busy walkways in the MRT.... i cant even ask my frens bout it coz i dunno the name of the song!! hahah DAMN!!

two amazing things in one day =)So i brought E down to do a free trial class at my new yoga hang out place... and damn.. she signed up!! hehehe.. but E, you will not regret it!! ALthough you will prob nvr leave the S.H.I.T class (NOT shit class).. you will have more exhilarating and challenging classes =) hihiihi
But anyway... today something amazing happened... twice to be precise...
So CAF has always been a bit... 'blur' (putting it mildly...) when it comes to Running Events or Triathlons happening around Singapore... somemore me disappearing from the races for a while has made him even more blur bout what is going on in Singapore's Runner's World. So i was shocked today when he ask me this today -
'eh - Nike doing some race is it?? Nike dunno wat race, Nike Passion Run ah??
ok,. putting aside that its not the Nike PAssion Run and that the Passion Run was last weekend... OMG!!! he actually knows about the race!!! our ever powerful marketing arm can reach as far as this lil mountain at the edge of Singapore into this office on a hill where men in Uniform walk around!!!! and he bothered to ask me bout it!!! i wonder whether thinking bout the possibility of him asking me to run the race with him is too much to ponder about... =p but then again.. the shock was short-lived -
ME - WAH!! you actually know bout this race!! and you bother to take note of this race!!!

ME - YES!! Of course!! I'm not too sure what exactly is in the goodie bag, BUT you get a personalized tee which is also your race no. tag. Then you get entry to a concert at the Padang at the end of the race =)
Cous - LOL! Cool stuff - one of my colleagues asking bout the tee... so how do I sign up!!!

As part of the Nike+ Human Race 10K, runners will be able to run for a cause to help support and give back to the global community.
These organizations will receive proceeds from the race!
The Nike+ Human Race 10K Singapore will be held in the city centre, with mini concerts along the race route and a music festival at the end of the race that will be staged by local and international artists and bands to help inspire you to log 10Ks you'll never forget. Some of the bands playing includes - The Great Spy Experiment, Plain Sunset, Wicked Aura Batucada and DJ Ko Flow just to name a few.

checking in on the challengeI think our Nike+ Challenge shld be over soon, i think everyone is sandbagging miles or km's as no one has uploaded anything in quite a while... even me.. (but thats coz i dont have muchto upload =p) I know Duano has quite a few and E DEF has some to upload. Im wondering whether yellowfishy has any miles stashed away somewhere... Me thinks the challenge will be over soon, and i predict Duano and I will win!!!! Damn, we shld have bet more than jus lunch...

ANYWAYYY... i didnt run much this weekend... i was occupied with other things... with one thing rather - YOGAAAAA
Yeah.. and amazingly, i was defeated by yoga this weekend. I went for Power Yoga Class on Sunday morning followed by a Hatha Class. So total 2hrs. Power was really quite hard, my thigh muscles were burning, i really didnt want to do any more squats or bending... but yeah.. it knocked me out so badly, that on the way home from town, i jus slept the whole way on the bus. I woke up two stops before my house, then went upstairs and zzz somemore. I'm amazed... or was i jus tired from Saturday's Gym session? THat was quite hard as well, ran 5km, then my Pilates Class, then another 10km followed by 30min Gym work.
CAF raced his RC Car this weekend. I'm stunned, this hobby is really invading my life.. but at least he seemed happy. I think this will become a regular thing. I really ought to learn how to drive... then i can take the car and jus leave him at the track all day =p=p
ANYWAY.... i been trying this new facial stuff, start with S, and this morning i got the biggest compliment IN THE WORLD!!!!

yeah.. i still have face skin problems.. at 25 i STILL have them and its quite bad. I hope this new stuff can really clear up my face.. but secretly, im hoping it doesnt coz its SO EXPENSIVE!!!! But so far so good =) i can start to see differences, even after only 4 days of usage. =)
